Most of our cords are made using the finest grade, pre-shrunk, high tenacity polyester yarn, to provide the lowest elongation and highest strength, but we also use other material for example aramid and high performance polyethylene.
This choice of yarns ensures control and abrasion resistance, as well as the very best UV stability and uniformity, to offer cords that will not stretch, fray or fade over a normal lifetime of a blind. For example venetian blinds, pleated blinds, verticals, roman shades, roller blinds and other sun protection products. Cords for other industries are also available.
We produce braided and knitted cords from 0,5mm to 6mm in diameter.
We dye our cords in environmental friendly water based chemicals in more than 500 colour shades. Custom made cords can be made upon request.
